Launched in January 2023 in Frankfurt, our Debt Advisory practice has rapidly become the go‑to address for numerous financial sponsors and corporates in the DACH region. By mid‑2024, we were ranked the second most active debt advisor in Germany according to Leverest. We are now poised to build on our successful market establishment across the DACH region, with the UK our top priority for European expansion.

You will…

• Structuring, analysing and executing debt financing solutions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, growth financings and project financings
• Building and reviewing financial models, cash flow analyses and credit metrics, including sensitivity and scenario analyses
• Supporting and increasingly leading debt advisory mandates throughout the full financing process
• Preparing information memoranda, lender presentations and management materials for financing processes
• Coordinating and communicating with banks, debt funds and other financing providers during marketing and negotiation phases
• Supporting the negotiation of term sheets, credit documentation and financial covenants in cooperation with senior team members and legal advisors
• Managing the financing‑related due diligence process and responding to lender information requests
• Conducting market analyses on debt products, pricing, structures and current financing trends
• Reviewing work prepared by Analysts and providing guidance and on‑the‑job training
• Working closely with M&A, Equity Advisory and other Corporate Finance teams

• An excellent university degree with a focus on finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline
• 3 – 5 years of professional experience in debt/capital advisory or lending (bank or private debt investor)
• Outstanding analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Confident and proficient use of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Someone who brings their whole self to work – we think of ourselves as “corporate finance with a personality”
