About The Team: You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Business Operation Management: Have a comprehensive grasp of the entire pickup and delivery process to ensure the operational quality and efficiency of the station.
• Risk Control & Management: Effectively prevent and manage site safety risks, ensure the proper administration of mail and delivery safety, and guard against other operational risks to maintain the company’s brand image.
• Training & Instruction: Be responsible for the training and implementation of business systems and SOPs for in-house and third-party DSPs, as well as the learning of new systems and regulations, ensuring that all staff are familiar with and proficient in their application.
• Overall Coordination & Arrangement: Distinguish the nature of problems for effective communication, resolve routine issues or coordinate resources, and refine operational arrangements in conjunction with business objectives.
