Demand & Sales Planning Senior Analyst

About The Role

As the Demand & Sales planning analyst, you’ll drive data‑led decision‑making and operational excellence across Germany’s landscape. Reporting to the Sr Demand Planner, you’ll combine advanced sales analytics, demand forecasting, dashboard creation, process optimisation and cross‑team collaboration. Your mission: deliver actionable insights, seamless workflows and superior execution across direct and indirect channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of sales and commercial data, uncovering trends, opportunities and performance gaps.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights for both direct and indirect retail channels, enabling more informed business decisions and strategies.
• Champion the identification, design and implementation of optimised and automated solutions to streamline daily operations, reporting and decision‑making.
• Establish standardised ways of working (WoW) and ensure efficient collaboration, especially at the intersection of Account Management, Field and Marketing.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and business intelligence reports that provide timely, visually engaging and easily digestible performance metrics. Build a network across markets to share and re‑apply best practices.
• Ensure the delivery of accurate, relevant and actionable information to key commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Support the Sr. Demand Planner in demand forecasting, utilising historical data, market trends and inputs from sales and marketing teams to build accurate forecasts. Analyse demand patterns and identify factors that may impact demand fluctuations.
• Lead the Demand Planning system transition, ensuring smooth transition and business continuity.

About You

• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, expert Excel and Power BI user, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent level of communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail and planning.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Good experience in budget control and forecasting.
• 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Degree preferred.
• Fluent in English – German is a plus.
