JOB DESCRIPTION

The Deployment Planning Lead (Digital Senior Specialist) provides comprehensive operational support to the Commercial Operations Department for one of the European markets and related teams throughout all stages of commercial initiative deployment. This role manages the evolution of commercial initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and effective communication, planning, and resource allocation for frontliners and third‑party service providers. The position is responsible for preparing cycle plans, briefs, and retailer contact plans, coordinating internal communications, and driving continuous improvement through feedback and performance review loops. The Deployment Planning Lead acts as the main interface between initiative owners and deployment teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational goals.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Higher education in management, economics, finance
• 2+ years in project/process management; 1+ year as a project manager
• Experience in cross‑functional work and field organizations
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Power BI) for data‑driven decision‑making
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement based on feedback and data analysis
• Well‑organized with attention to execution details
• Business proficiency in English

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Oversee and support the preparation, rollout, and monitoring of commercial initiatives as individual projects
• Coordinate and lead briefing/debriefing sessions, ensuring clear communication of goals and priorities
• Prepare and validate cycle brief materials and guidelines for frontliners and third‑party staff
• Develop and manage retailer contact plans, ensuring effective outreach through digital, remote, and physical channels
• Administer and improve internal communication tools and platforms
• Lead continuous improvement processes, including feedback collection, field visits, and cycle retrospectives
