Deputy Compliance Officer (Parental Leave Cover)

The position will be a temporary replacement for parental leave.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Support the Compliance Officer in the execution of necessary Compliance risk management at company level:

Identifying and assessing the materiality of new legal and regulatory requirements
Conducting Compliance Risk and Control Self-Assessment,
Compliance Risk Analysis Reporting
Conducting Compliance Monitoring Activities and Monitoring Measures to ensure appropriateness and effectiveness of internal controls.
Monitoring and handling of day-to-day Compliance issues (conflict of interests, inducements, employee transaction checks, whistleblowing and internal investigations),
Providing regular Compliance trainings to staff members, and
Organizational allocation of team tasks to Compliance staff member.

Your skills and experience

Professional experience in the field of compliance, audit or corporate governance, preferably in a capital management company
High commitment, flexibility and motivation
Hands‑on mentality and proactive approach
German and English language
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Completed bachelor's and/or master's degree in law, economics, finance or comparable subjects
