Your responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate various operational business processes

• Drive market expansion and strengthen brand presence

• Further develop service offerings and optimize network management efficiency

• Plan and manage product strategy and development

• Consolidate the operational base in the local market environment

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team

• Work closely with the European team and company headquarters

• Pool resources to successfully penetrate the market and ensure sustainable growth

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree and several years of professional experience within the EU

• Over a decade of expertise in the automotive sector, focusing on national management, market entry strategies, brand leadership, product development, and customer engagement

• Business-level fluency in Chinese, fluent English, and knowledge of additional European languages

• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including regulations, market conditions, and customer requirements

• Extensive experience in building and managing dealer and service networks

• Proven track record in implementing market entry and brand development projects in the automotive field

• Solid background in conducting market and industry analyses as well as strategic planning at the local level

• Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with data affinity and high sensitivity in handling information

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
