Key Accountabilities

• Create and develop highly emotional, industry leading exterior design proposals
• Creation of Design Bandwidth and its development to final surface release design solutions for Exterior Design projects
• Execute exterior / interior designs of vehicle programs meeting the product definition, timing and cost targets
• Create Design Vision models for relevant Design DNA Quadrants Efficient use of company resources by applying digital/analog tools to create exterior design proposals
• Support of senior management reviews with 2 and 3D exterior design proposals
• Develop appropriate presentations for senior management reviews
• Using appropriate technologies to deliver best in class Exteriors / Interiors
• Develop all programs to the given timing plans
• Work closely together with the Manager and Chief Designer to ensure the resources all deliverables are on target

Skills Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive exterior or interior design

Experience Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field
