Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work packages, between interdisciplinary teams working on designing, integrating, and implementing wing high-lift systems and their mechanical installation


• Prepare and outline a project from start to finish, including all the necessary documentation


• Deliver financial justification for the project, based on collected performance metrics (e.g. Ramp-up, recurring costs savings and lead time reduction, maturity)


• Manage risks associated with the project and decide on changes to be implemented


• Identify problems and opportunities early and respond accordingly


• Keep management updated on progress


• Take responsibility as the Product Change Leader

Requirements

• Masters Degree or equal in Aircraft construction, Industrial engineering, Engineering or similar technical studies


• 4 years experience in project management


• 2 years experience in engineering, project planning and control


• Airbus experience advantageous


• First experiences in Product Lifecycle and Configuration Management


• Business fluent English skills


• German and French skills advantageous


• Good Google Workspace knowledge


• Willingness to travel (one day per week in Bremen, 1-2 times per quarter within Europe/UK)
