Device Integration & HW Configuration Management Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Germany (Hybrid options available)

Type: 12-Month AUG Contract (Extension Likely)

About the Company: A premier German high-technology organization specializing in advanced electronic systems and secure communication solutions for mission-critical environments.

The Role: You will support complex hardware platforms within a structured R&D and production environment. This is a hands-on, process-driven role focused on hardware bring-up, system validation, and maintaining rigorous configuration controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
• Perform root cause analysis across PCB and subsystem levels.
• Maintain hardware documentation and BOM accuracy within PLM systems (SAP, Windchill, or Teamcenter).

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in hardware/device integration and configuration management.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience in high-reliability sectors (Aerospace, Defense, RF) is highly desirable.
