DevOps Consultant

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Project Manager for our client that is in the IT consulting and digital solutions industry.

Responsibilities

• implementing and continuously improving Development, Security and Operations (DevSecOps) processes
• Designing DevSecOps concepts and adapting them to the needs of various stakeholders.
• Ensuring effective communication between technical teams and specialist departments, while coordinating cross‑functional collaboration
• Advising clients and internal teams with tailored solutions for complex technical and organizational requirements
• Strategically planning, prioritizing, implementing, and monitoring security measures to reduce risks sustainably
• Making well‑founded decisions within a structured change management framework and integrating them into ongoing projects

Experience

• Experience with ITIL and service management processes, as well as operating cloud‑based systems
• Practical experience in DevSecOps implementation or organizational transformation (an advantage)
• Strong technical knowledge paired with solid analytical and methodological skills
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
