Devops / Platform Engineer

J&T Recruitment is exclusively retained by a technology company in Berlin seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer .

Salary: €100,000 – €140,000 + bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure
• Build CI/CD pipelines
• Implement monitoring and observability
• Automate infrastructure deployment

Interview Process (4 Stages)

1. Recruiter Introduction – 30 minutes
   Initial discussion via J&T Recruitment covering DevOps and infrastructure experience.
2. Technical DevOps Interview – 60 minutes
   CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud automation discussion.
3. Infrastructure Design Interview – 75 minutes
   Designing scalable cloud infrastructure and automation workflows.
4. Final Engineering Leadership Interview – 45 minutes
   Team fit discussion and collaboration expectations.
