What you can expect:

As our DevOps & Cloud Team Leader, you will lead the transformation of our hosting infrastructure, driving our migration toward Kubernetes-based cloud environments.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 hosting engineers, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment and setting clear strategic objectives.
• Cloud Migration: Drive the integration of hosting solutions into Kubernetes (OVH vSphere and Azure) , defining the technical roadmap and ensuring seamless execution.
• Process Optimization: Implement and refine CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation workflows to reduce technical debt and increase efficiency.
• Innovation & Change: Act as a change agent, proposing modern DevOps solutions and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our stack cutting-edge.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, SaaS, and Product teams across Europe, participating in Agile rituals and key technical decision‑making.
• Security-First Mindset: In collaboration with the CISO, ensure our cloud infrastructure is secure, compliant (GDPR), and resilient.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams or complex projects, with strong mentoring and team‑building skills.
• Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure (AKS, Functions, App Services, VMs, VNETs) or other major cloud vendors, plus experience with vSphere .
• Automation & Tools: Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python ) and hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
• Infrastructure & Security: Up‑to‑date knowledge of network architectures, cloud security best practices, and CI/CD platforms.
• Monitoring: Familiarity with tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK, or Zabbix .
• Soft Skills: A solution‑oriented mindset, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
• Bonus: Certifications like CKA, Azure Solutions Architect, or vSphere are a significant advantage.
