Digital Account Manager (German) - RELOCATION TO GREECE

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced

Digital Account Manager with German language

to join an international marketing team in Athens. In this role, you will manage and grow client relationships, ensuring campaign success and long-term satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights and tailored advertising solutions to meet client goals.

Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders. Identify growth and optimization opportunities within existing accounts. Present tailored advertising recommendations and solutions. Handle client issues and ensure timely, effective resolutions. Achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets.

Requirements : German language:

C2 level English language:

B2/C1 level 2+ years

in a telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales environment. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships or accounts and achieve sales targets. Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads); certifications are an advantage. Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary:

€1,400 gross/month Quarterly performance-based bonus:
