What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between EPC operational teams, Product Managers/Owners, and the internal Software Development team, effectively translating operational needs into technical requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain customizable workflows and "requests" within the internal Project Information and Lifecycle Management platform to streamline EPC activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across Document Control, Procurement, Construction, and Quality to ensure platform features (Docs, Scopes, Issues) meet departmental standards and project needs.
• Identify Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration possibilities to optimize existing construction and information workflows.
• Test and evaluate new potential AI features within the operational environment.
• Collaborate closely with ATOM Product Managers to discuss, implement, and scale these AI‑supported features.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new platform features and oversee the rollout, onboarding, and training of systemized processes to the wider team.
• Track the efficiency of implemented workflows and suggest iterative improvements based on user feedback, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
• Leverage the flexible features of the rapidly developing internal EDMS/PIM tool to deploy quick, effective solutions for multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Serve as the functional link to ensure that digital tools are effectively systemized, adopted, and continuously improved across the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

• BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or other relevant industry and/or evidence of exceptional ability.
• Previous experience (or high‑potential internship experience) in document control, digital delivery, or process optimization: preferably in industrial, manufacturing, and/or high‑tech industries.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical software developers and non‑technical construction stakeholders.
• Tech‑savvy with a proven ability to quickly master complex information management platforms and agile workflows.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI), with the ability to assess its practical value and feasibility for agile project delivery.
• Strong "systems‑thinking" mindset and problem‑solving skills—the ability to identify a manual bottleneck and design an efficient digital solution for it.
• Analytical skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
