Digital Demand Manager

Our client, a Private Equity-backed, Buy and Build, Business Management Software Vendor , and a recognised leader in its vertical market , is looking for a Digital Demand Manager (m/f/x) to drive demand generation and support new system sales across its SMB portfolio .

Based in Munich , this role will play a key part in delivering integrated B2B marketing initiatives across the DACH region . It is a strong opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who can combine strategy with hands‑on execution and work closely with Sales and BDR teams to create measurable pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns for the DACH market
• Deliver and optimize digital campaigns, webinars, events, and targeted content programs
• Create, adapt, and leverage campaign content for relevant audience segments across multiple channels
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a focus on pipeline contribution
• Partner closely with BDR and Sales teams to improve alignment and campaign effectiveness
• Continuously refine campaign setup, targeting, and execution to improve results

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation , digital campaigns, webinars, and event marketing
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
• Fluent German and English , written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices and events.
