Digital Marketing Expert (M/F/D)

About

You play an important role in developing, implementing and managing the digital marketing infrastructure and campaigns at MANSORY in order to promote our products and services. You will be in the driver seat to identify and evaluate new digital marketing technologies. You master Web analytics tools to measure traffic and performance against KPI and optimize marketing campaigns and social media presence.

Our Area Of Responsibility Includes

• Design, build and maintain our digital online presence;
• Build first-class processes for digital marketing at MANSORY including their assessment and operational excellence;
• Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns, experiments and conversion tests;
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Requirements

• An honest viewpoint, conviction and involvement;
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
• 4 or more years proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency;
• Solid skills in web design, website analytics and marketing tools;
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing) in English and German;
• Skills in filming and video editing are highly desirable;
• Robust skills in Photoshop;
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development are an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
