In this position, you will optimize advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights that improve ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.

What Youll Be Doing

• Optimize and manage digital advertising campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Work hands‑on with Google Ads campaigns
• Conduct market research and performance analysis
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve KPIs
• Deliver data-driven insights based on trends and metrics

What Were Looking For

• Fluent German (C1–C2)
• English B2 or higher
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Ads is mandatory, including solid knowledge of GNS (Google Network Settings).
• Background in Digital Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, or Performance Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon

• Annual Gross Salary: €23,000
• Signing Bonus (paid in 3 stages, gross – conditions apply)
