As our Commercial Processes Digital Specialist, you will help optimize and digitalize how we work across eCommerce, CRM, ERP, and other digital platforms. Your mission: make our commercial processes simpler, faster, and more consistent for both customers and internal teams.
Analyze and improve processes like quoting, ordering, pricing, and customer interactions.
Design and implement streamlined digital workflows across regions and channels.
Document and maintain global ways of working.
Ensure roles, permissions, data models, and approval flows match across systems (SAP CC, ERP, CRM).
Support compliance related to data governance and privacy.
Support updates, testing, and releases for our digital platforms.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build or support dashboards showing full customer journeys (quote → order → fulfillment).
Identify system issues (e.g., order fallouts, pricing mismatches, missing master data).
Translate findings into actionable improvements.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and Digital teams.
Translate business needs into system requirements across eCommerce, CRM, and ERP.
Support communication and training to drive adoption.
Stay updated on trends in B2B eCommerce and digital process automation.
Recommend innovative solutions and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to understand and optimize cross-system commercial workflows (eCommerce ↔ CRM ↔ ERP).
Excellent communication skills to work across technical and business teams.
Understanding of UI/UX principles, APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
Awareness of digital compliance principles.
Familiarity with agile ways of working.
Hands‑on experience with B2B commercial workflows or digital transformation.
Collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
Exposure to B2B eCommerce, CRM, and ERP systems.
Experience with process mapping, documentation, and optimization (BPM).
Bachelor’s degree in Business , Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in English.
Training/certifications in eCommerce, BPM, automation, Lean, Agile, or data analytics, is a plus.
