Digital Transformation Lead (DTL)
— an experienced, dynamic leader who thrives in complex environments and drives digital initiatives from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with C-suite clients, delivery teams, and Centers of Excellence to shape and deliver programs that redefine how businesses operate and create value.
IF YOU ARE A
seasoned digital transformation professional
with a strong background in consulting, delivery, and strategy Experienced in
leading complex enterprise programs
— from assessment and planning through implementation and continuous improvement Comfortable engaging with
C-suite executives and senior stakeholders , shaping vision and ensuring alignment A
strong communicator and facilitator , able to bridge business goals and technology strategies Skilled at managing
large-scale transformation portfolios , including budget, schedule, risk, and change management Proficient in
digital strategy development , including roadmaps, operating models, and transformation frameworks Experienced in
program governance, resource coordination, and delivery excellence Collaborative, adaptable, and able to lead
cross-functional teams
in a matrixed environment Knowledgeable about
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ,
modern engineering practices
(Agile, DevOps, SRE), and
platform technologies
(Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) Experienced in one or more industries such as
financial services, healthcare, life sciences, consumer, or energy A
critical thinker and problem-solver
who uses data, insights, and collaboration to drive progress Certified or trained in relevant methodologies (e.g., PMP, SAFe, TOGAF, ITIL, Agile, Design Thinking — preferred)
AND YOU WANT TO Lead and deliver
digital transformation engagements that redefine how clients operate and compete Build and execute
digital strategies and roadmaps
that drive measurable outcomes Collaborate with
senior leadership
to influence decision-making and gain support for transformation initiatives Oversee
multi-disciplinary program delivery , ensuring success across technology, people, and process dimensions Drive
alignment across program stakeholders
— managing expectations, dependencies, and risks Serve as the
primary point of contact
for clients throughout transformation delivery Foster a
culture of innovation and adaptability , ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions Support
sales and pre-sales efforts , helping shape proposals and client engagement strategies Contribute to building SoftServe’s
transformation frameworks, accelerators, and best practices Create impact by blending
business advisory, technology leadership, and human-centered design
