Responsibilities

• are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• determine the requirements of our project teams and departments for their digital working environment.
• develop innovative and user-centered workplace concepts and digital workflows.
• evaluate existing and new hardware and software solutions and design their introduction.
• actively support change processes, ensure comprehensive communication and needs-based training.
• ensure that regulations and security requirements are considered and implemented as early as the design concept and tool selection stage.

Qualifications

• Experience in the design of internal digital working environments
• Understanding of different user needs in the company, especially of agile teams and administrative employees
• Experience in stakeholder and change management
• Knowledge of requirements analysis, user research and the design and optimization of digital tool workflows
• Good communication skills and an independent way of working
• Business fluent in German and English
• Nice to have: Experience in the implementation of information security requirements (e.g. ISO27001) and data protection guidelines
