Director, ATL Media & Connections Planning Join HelloFresh to drive brand building across ATL and digital channels for our group brands.
Responsibilities
Lead the media strategy and planning for 16 markets.
Manage a substantial budget across traditional and digital channels, optimizing ROI/ROAS.
Drive integrated communications planning across paid, earned, and owned media.
Build and mentor a team of media buyers, planners, and connections strategists.
Partner with creative, brand strategy, CRM, social, and performance marketing teams.
Own campaign management, reporting, and measurement, including brand lift and MMM.
Step up media innovation, test‑and‑learn experimentation, and channel‑agnostic strategies.
Translate brand goals into actionable media plans and guide cross‑channel orchestration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years managing multi‑million € media budgets.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in data‑driven media optimization.
Deep experience in connections planning and communications strategy.
Proficiency in advertising, targeting, and marketing technology in the ATL space.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (geo lift, brand lift) and marketing measurement models such as MMM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
