Our

Business Area Electrification (EE)

develops and produces battery systems as well as electric and fuel‑powered thermal solutions. Additionally, the business unit includes our aftermarket division, Customized & Lifecycle Solutions (EC), offering products and solutions for nearly all types of on‑/off‑highway and shore vehicles, with a strong focus on thermal and energy management solutions.

Exciting tasks

Developing and implementing the finance and controlling strategy, in line with the business unit strategy, the FC strategy of BA Electrification, and Group guidelines

Promoting growth, efficiency, and transformation of the organization from a financial perspective

Ensuring effective and sustainable financial management of the organization

Ensuring that global financial targets are achieved and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations (including adjusting strategies, responsibilities, and measures)

Introducing and further developing robust key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reviews based on data‑driven analyses

Promoting a positive team culture, strengthening leadership skills, and building a trusting, appreciative relationship towards employees

Qualifications

Degree in business administration or comparable educational background

Initial professional experience in finance and controlling management in the automotive industry or in the aftermarket and specialty OEM business

Strategic thinking, integrative behavior, and entrepreneurial spirit

Strong negotiating skills

Commercial valuation of assets

Good leadership skills with high social competence (enthusiasm and persuasiveness) and conflict management skills

International experience and intercultural competence are a benefit

Business‑minded, creative, and energetic team player with strong financial experience
