Shape global marketing direction for high-voltage cable solutions NKT is looking for a Director Marketing for our business line Transmission to guide the global marketing direction for high voltage cable systems across HVDC and HVAC. This role offers an opportunity to shape how our solutions are positioned in the energy transition, working closely with business development, product management and sales teams. In this position, you will oversee global marketing planning, support strategic communication, and ensure consistent representation of the NKT brand across markets. In this role, you manage the marketing agenda for high voltage cable systems by developing plans and materials that align with commercial and strategic needs. You coordinate campaigns, ensure quality in communication activities and maintain a consistent brand narrative. You also manage executive communication, product related messaging and customer facing engagements across global markets.
You will be managing a team of a few direct reports, currently located in Karlskrona. You will report to SVP Commercial & Tendering Transmission. The role is based in either Karlskrona (Sweden), Malmö (Sweden), Cologne (Germany) or Rotterdam (the Netherlands) and includes 20–70 travel days per year. We offer a hybrid work model where you can work partly from home (2 days per week).
