How you will contribute Leadership: Lead multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Germany, Europe, and globally. Collaborate closely with Managing Directors, leveraging their deal experience. Commercial and Analytical Skills: Apply financial analysis skills to understand key drivers and valuation considerations in transactions. Work with operational and commercial professionals to gain a broader understanding of due diligence and the deal process. Networking and Business Development: Build relationships internally across service lines and externally through marketing events. Actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives. Work in combined project teams, enhancing cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications Professional Experience: Experience in Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects across various sectors, preferably at a Big 4 audit firm. Academic Background: Strong academic record from a leading university or equivalent. Skills: Well-developed stakeholder management and networking skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Native or fluent in German and English (additional languages are advantageous). Personal Attributes: Highly ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial. Deep functional knowledge and a blend of operational and commercial skills.
