Commercial Director - Mass Retail Channel Germany

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Commercial Director to lead our Mass Retail Channel strategy in Germany.

About the Role:

• Accelerate our growth strategy within the German Market, focusing on Grocery & Discount channels for expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, with at least 8-10 years' experience at senior leadership level. A proven ability to negotiate effectively, manage trade spends, and drive market share growth is essential.
