As the Director of Production Finance , you will be part of our leadership team for the Esports World Cup, leading the Production finance department. You will be responsible for the financial operations & leadership over the biggest events in the industry.

The Director of Production Finance develops and executes financial strategies to successfully deliver productions which meet cost, timescale, and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and company policies.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the financial oversight and management of all productions and events related to Esports World Cup & the Esports Nations Cup.
• Partner with creative executives and production leads to ensure financial alignment from development through delivery.
• Creation & management of budgeting templates & acting as the main liaison between Finance & Production.
• Oversee production cash flow, financial reporting, and forecasting in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Responsible for financial operations. Processing & payment of invoices from vendors.
• Serve as the main financial point of contact for external partners, & the executive team.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of production finance professionals.

What you need:

Must have:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Production Management or Production finance roles, managing multiple international productions with budgets over 7 figures.
• Extensive experience in production accounting, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing cost reports to track actual spending against the budget and identify and explain variances.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to carry out several tasks at the same time and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language about complex financial topics.

Nice to have:

• Deep understanding of the film, TV, live music, or sports industries.
• Experience with global production tax incentives and credits.
• Familiarity with major production accounting & Spend management software tools.
