We’re looking for an experienced Head of Partner Sales, EMEA to join and lead the partner and supplier acquisition strategy at one of our Ecosystem Companies. As a Head of Partner Sales, EMEA, you’ll take ownership of commercial growth across EMEA, drive supplier performance, and build a high‑performing regional sales team to scale operations and profitability. In This Role, You’ll
Lead supplier acquisition strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and partner strategy to attract, onboard, and retain high‑value suppliers across EMEA markets.
Drive commercial growth: Own supplier revenue targets, pipeline management, and performance KPIs, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Build and lead regional sales teams: Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑performing team of partner sales managers and business development professionals across key markets.
Develop partnership agreements: Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with suppliers, distributors, and other ecosystem partners.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to streamline supplier engagement and ensure an exceptional partner experience.
Market expansion: Identify emerging opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and develop entry strategies for new EMEA regions.
Performance reporting: Provide executive‑level reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and strategic partner performance.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
5 years of experience in a highly competitive environment with specific industry or market experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, or trade.
Passionate about high‑growth startups and excited to transform a traditional industry alongside an international team.
Fluent in German and confident in English, with strong communication and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Hands‑on mentality – implementation and results drive you.
Independent ability to engage directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, taking initiative to make things happen.
Position based in Berlin.
