Overview

Drive profitable growth in the Independent Aftermarket (Vehicle & Repair Maintenance) for the key brands Teroson and Loctite. Lead and develop key distributors, ensuring best-in-class performance and portfolio optimization. Strengthen market presence through targeted commercial initiatives. Build and expand a high-performing dealer network. Collaborate closely with local Technical Sales Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders. Deliver commercially and technically driven trainings with distribution partners. Ensure strong representation at key events and trade fairs.

What you’ll do

• Drive profitable growth in the Independent Aftermarket (Vehicle & Repair Maintenance) for the key brands Teroson and Loctite
• Lead and develop key distributors, ensuring best-in-class performance and portfolio optimization
• Strengthen market presence through targeted commercial initiatives
• Build and expand a high-performing dealer network
• Collaborate closely with local Technical Sales Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Deliver commercially and technically driven trainings with distribution partners
• Ensure strong representation at key events and trade fairs

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or distribution, ideally in the automotive aftermarket
• Proven track record in managing and growing customer or distributor relationships
• Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on results and business growth
• Fluent German and English skills and high willingness to travel within Germany
