YOUR TASKS

Instagram DMs: Contact around 100 contacts daily (followers, engagements, follow-ups) to identify suitable candidates for an initial consultation.
Lead qualification: Conduct structured conversations using our proven chat script, recognize needs, and pass qualified leads to our sales team.
CRM maintenance: Document all relevant information carefully and systematically in our CRM system to ensure a smooth process and clear handover to closing.
Sales meetings: Participate daily in sales meetings to coordinate, share learnings, and track your progress.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in sales or social media setting (Instagram, chat, WhatsApp advantageous).
Quick, clear, and empathetic writing in DMs.
Availability of 20-40 hours per week—motivated to give your best and grow personally.
