Hospital Decision Making and its Impact on Quality of Care – an Analysis of Changes in Financial Incentives. The PhD will explore links between policy approaches (degressive pricing, billing reviews) and hospital decision making using administrative data from statutory health insurers.
The Research Training Group of the Hamburg Center for Health Economics collaborates with the University Medical Center Hamburg‑Eppendorf (UKE). PhD students are part of the second cohort starting in April 2026. The supervisor will be Prof. Dr. Jonas Schreyögg.
