A leading developer delivering large‑scale data center projects in Germany is seeking an experienced

Document Controller

to support their

pre‑construction team

on major developments in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain project documentation across all pre‑construction workstreams Ensure accurate document control processes, naming conventions, and version management Coordinate the flow of information between design, engineering, procurement, and project teams Track and log submissions, approvals, RFIs, drawings, and technical documents Support compliance with QA/QC and governance procedures Provide structured reporting on document status and workflow progress

Ideal Experience Proven experience as a

Document Controller

within construction, engineering, or data center environments ideally in Germany Strong understanding of document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, SharePoint, or similar) Ability to work in fast‑paced, technical project environments Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams
