Job Description
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our DoDo boutique located in Munich on a full‑time basis (40H). The candidate will act as a brand ambassador, spreading the values and philosophy of our brand and maximizing sales. They will manage client relations, identify customer needs, and ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout the world.
How You Will Contribute
- Demonstrate passion as a DoDo brand ambassador during every selling ceremony
- Master the brand and have an in‑depth knowledge of the product
- Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, front and back of house
- Give your best in teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the achievement of the boutique’s overall goals and smooth operations
- Achieve individual and team goals by being responsible for sales results, working with KPIs and business applications
- Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
- Stay up‑to‑date on fashion trends and competitors
- Follow company grooming standards, in accordance with DoDo policies regarding care and behavior
- Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with customers through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and clientelling tools to promote brand loyalty
- Use CRM KPIs to strengthen and develop clientelling activity
- Support customers in the purchase of all DODO products and enhance product knowledge and storytelling
- Welcome every customer and provide the best customer experience by mastering our brand history and heritage
Profile
- Passion for the DODO Brand
- Proven experience in Luxury Fashion or Jewelry Retail
- Strong clientelling skills
- Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Flexibility and problem‑solving ability
- Availability to work on turnations
- Product sensitivity and strong market and fashion trends knowledge
- Open to feedback and communicate with your team and managers in a clear and straightforward way
- Ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus
