Your studies
Would you like to combine a classic degree from university of applied sciences with practical apprenticeship? If so, come and join us The dual studies take place at the HSBA.

At an early stage you will be integrated into the operational work of an international foreign trade company. At the same time, you will acquire theoretical knowledge at the university of applied sciences. The innovative and dual Bachelor's programme in business administration gives the opportunity to optimally combine theory and practice.

In the course of the bachelor studies, practical phases in the company will be substituted by regular theory phases at the technical training college, with students being given the opportunity to learn about all key areas of HELM AG in the practical part.

In addition, they acquire the theoretical knowledge of a business administration course at the HAMBURG SCHOOL OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (HSBA) in Hamburg.

The study takes 3 years, of which six semesters of 10 weeks each take place at the University of Applied Sciences.

For an apprenticeship in our company you have the following qualifications:

• very good A-levels
• good German and English language skills and at least basic knowledge of one other foreign language
• basic mathematical understanding
• Interest in business issues
• Commitment and high flexibility
• team capability, strong communication skills and being open-minded
