Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist , you’ll serve as a trusted partner to businesses looking to enhance their digital presence and performance. From initial outreach to onboarding and early growth, you’ll guide clients through every stage—understanding their goals, providing tailored recommendations, and helping them build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, supporting their development and success
Assess client needs and challenges to deliver personalized and effective solutions
Lead the full sales process, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and onboarding
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through phone, video, and email communication
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending suitable products and strategies
Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and performance metrics to optimize results
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing support
Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and best practices

Qualifications

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
