Dutch Prompt Engineer – Clinical AI / LLM | Remote (Europe)

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Prompt Engineer to join a project focused on AI-powered clinical documentation and language model optimization .

In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, prompt engineering, and software development , helping to design and refine prompts for large language models used in healthcare documentation workflows . You will contribute to improving the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of AI-generated clinical documentation.

Preferred Locations: Serbia or Spain
Remote: Collaboration possible within the European Economic Area
Languages: Dutch (C1+) and English
Experience: Mid-level (2–5 years)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompt templates for large language models generating clinical documentation
• Run experiments and evaluations to improve prompt quality and output accuracy
• Analyze failure cases and implement prompt improvements
• Maintain prompt artifacts and configurations using Git and Azure DevOps
• Build Python scripts in Linux environments for evaluation pipelines and batch testing
• Support the rollout of improved prompts across different medical specialties

Requirements

• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based text generation
• Strong Python programming skills and experience working in Linux environments
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating AI outputs
• Knowledge of clinical documentation workflows is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English

Compensation: Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on experience .
