Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses aiming to strengthen their digital footprint and improve performance. From first contact through onboarding and initial growth stages, you’ll support clients at every step—understanding their objectives, proposing tailored strategies, and setting the stage for sustainable, long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and expand a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them achieve their growth targets
  • Assess client objectives and challenges to provide tailored, results-focused solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and seamless account activation
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through phone, video conferencing, and email communication
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending suitable products and strategies
  • Track KPIs, pipeline performance, and key sales metrics to continuously optimize your approachCoordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing support
  • Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and evolving best practices

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
  • Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
