What You’ll Do

• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Booking Assistance: Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Quality & Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
• High‑Volume Interaction: Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Language Skills: C1/C2 level of Dutch and good level of English.
• Customer‑First Mindset: Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
