Dutch-Speaking Digital Marketing Advisor – Berlin, Germany

Are you passionate about digital marketing and social media advertising? This role offers a unique opportunity to work abroad in Berlin as a Digital Marketing Advisor supporting advertisers in building effective online campaigns. You will receive full paid training and develop valuable expertise in digital advertising analytics and sales funnel strategies.

Training & Onboarding

• Total training duration: 4 weeks
  • 2 weeks of classroom training
  • 2 weeks of nesting (supported live environment)
• Training schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30
• Attendance during training is mandatory
• Training is fully paid
• Regular shadowing of experienced colleagues
• Pre-start preparation materials provided

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers
• Provide expert guidance on social media marketing and advertising solutions
• Analyse and evaluate social media advertisement performance and analytics
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with advertisers regarding campaigns and budgets
• Support advertisers in implementing effective sales funnel strategies
• Identify trends and potential issues early and propose optimization ideas
• Contribute to the creation of impactful advertising campaigns
• Achieve KPIs such as call success (average 24 minutes), campaign implementation rates, pitch rate and attendance

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week, 5 days
• Monday to Friday between 08:45 and 17:15
• 30‑minute lunch break
• Two additional 15‑minute breaks per day

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken)
• Good command of English
• Residing in Berlin
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales
• Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Confidence in communication and consultative sales conversations
• Ability to work with KPIs and performance targets

Salary

33,000 gross per year (2,750 gross per month)
Up to 7,500 gross annual performance-based bonus
