Dutch Speaking Sales and marketing agent - Berlin

This is an on-site role requiring immediate availability in the local area.

As a Sales and Marketing Agent in Berlin, your day‑to‑day focus will be on driving growth through proactive outreach and strategic communication. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with Dutch‑speaking clients to understand their needs, and delivering compelling pitches that highlight the value of our solutions

Location: Berlin, Germany (On‑site)

Language Requirements: C1 Dutch & B2 English

Starting Dates: January 31, 2026, or February 28, 2026

Salary: €2,750 Base Salary

Bonuses

• Language Bonus: €300
• Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (Experience in Marketing is a significant plus).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Residency: You must already be living in Berlin.
• Languages: Native‑level or C1 Dutch and a minimum of B2 English.
• Compliance: There must be a 6-month break since your last employment at a BPO (if applicable).
