We are currently looking for a Dutch‑speaking Sales & Marketing Agent to join a dynamic international team in Berlin. This is an exciting on‑site opportunity for candidates who are already based in Berlin and have a strong sales background.

Role Overview

• Manage and develop client relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and maximize revenue potential
• Promote digital marketing solutions to businesses

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Marketing experience is a plus)
• At least C1 level Dutch and B2 level English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target‑driven and confident in client‑facing interactions
• Must be currently based in Berlin

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €2,750 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €687.50
• Language bonus: €300
