We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agent to join a dynamic international team based in Berlin, Germany . This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about digital marketing, online advertising, and helping businesses grow through effective campaign strategies .

In this role, you will work closely with advertisers, providing guidance and insights to help them improve their online marketing performance and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted digital marketing advisor for advertisers
• Provide guidance and support regarding online advertising campaigns
• Analyze advertising performance and campaign analytics
• Communicate with clients via inbound and outbound calls
• Help businesses optimize their marketing strategies and sales funnels
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Support advertisers in implementing successful marketing solutions

Requirements

• C2 Dutch and B2 English
• Interest or experience in digital marketing, sales, or online advertising
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work with performance targets and KPIs
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin
• Candidates must already be based in Berlin (no relocation support)
