Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant - 100% remote (German residency is mandatory)

An established IT consultancy with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant. Working either remotely or from one of several offices across Germany, you’ll support clients with innovative CRM solutions and guide them through complex transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects: from requirements gathering and solution design through to successful go-live
• Customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service or Field Service
• Advising clients on CRM best practices and identifying opportunities for process optimisation
• Managing stakeholders, project teams and (where applicable) external partners
• Driving adoption of new technologies and contributing to the ongoing development of our Dynamics 365 service offering

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, IT project management, or CRM implementation (with clear focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM)
• Strong knowledge in one or more modules: Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset combined with the ability to take ownership of projects
• Excellent communication skills, client-facing confidence, and a collaborative team spirit
• Fluent German with solid English proficiency required
