E-Commerce & Growth Manager

E-Commerce & Growth opportunity with a mid‑sized Medical Device company. This is an opportunity to lead on specific E-Commerce and Marketing topics within an innovative industry. You will be responsible for:

E-Commerce & Growth Management

  • Own and continuously optimize the company’s D2C and B2B online shops (based on a leading e-commerce platform such as Magento/Adobe Commerce)
  • Manage and improve key e-commerce KPIs including conversion rate, average order value, revenue, traffic, and repeat purchase rate
  • Plan and execute sales, promotion, and product launch campaigns to drive online revenue
  • Oversee product data management, including creation, maintenance, and optimization of product pages with a strong focus on conversion
  • Manage and improve online reviews and ratings (e.g. Trustpilot and similar platforms) to increase customer trust and conversion

Paid Media, Performance & Email Marketing

  • Develop, manage, and scale a performance marketing strategy across key channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, affiliate)
  • Own the execution and ongoing optimization of campaigns with a clear focus on ROI
  • Manage budgets including forecasting, monitoring, and scaling decisions
  • Oversee and grow the affiliate program, including partner and commission management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance‑driven email marketing campaigns
  • Drive segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and the strategic development of CRM initiatives
  • Own email channel performance, including list quality, deliverability, and revenue contribution

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of hands‑on experience in online marketing, ideally with a strong e-commerce focus
  • Experience managing external partners, agencies, or service providers
  • Solid SEO knowledge (from fundamentals to more advanced topics)
  • Experience with Magento/Adobe Commerce or similar shop systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data‑and KPI‑driven approach to work
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Hands‑on mentality, high level of initiative, and strong communication and teamwork skills
