About The Job
Strategic Planning & Financial Objectives
- Co‑develop annual and 3‑year financial plans by brand and account with the Head of eCommerce.
- Deliver financial objectives, improve market share, and enhance customer P&L through effective annual negotiations.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key e‑retail partners using a collaborative, win‑win approach.
- Own the end‑to‑end vertical business management process for assigned accounts.
Performance Marketing Integration
- Partner with the Performance Marketing team to adapt annual marketing plans for e‑commerce.
- Activate full‑funnel campaigns and improve ROI, CTR, and new‑to‑brand acquisition metrics.
Content Optimization
- Collaborate with Digital Content Manager to enhance product content (text, images, assets) across e‑retailers.
- Establish a single source of truth for content leveraging PIM/DAM/Canvas systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Go‑to‑Market & Customer Strategy:
- Develop and implement account plans aligned with channel and brand objectives.
- Use category insights and digital marketing trends to create compelling selling stories.
- Accelerate lead time for new product launches and campaigns.
- Negotiation & Target Management:
- Negotiate annual contracts, product listings, and distribution expansions.
- Track and manage financial and operational KPIs to ensure executional excellence.
- Digital Content & Performance Marketing:
- Optimize conversion rates across e‑retailers through improved content and UX.
- Drive campaign efficiency and ROI through data‑driven performance marketing strategies.
About You
- Experience: 5+ years customer facing experience (e.g. Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Category Management, Retail Buying) preferably in OTC/CHC or FMCG industry. 3+ years relevant experience in eRetail / E‑Commerce or proven track record in e‑commerce account management, digital content optimisation, or performance marketing.
- Skills: Familiarity with MDM, PowerBI, SQL, PIM/DAM systems, e‑retail analytics, and digital advertising platforms is desired.
- Education: University degree in Business, Business informatic, Marketing, Communications, Media.
- Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English and German.
