E-Commerce Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

J&T Express is a global logistics service provider specializing in express delivery, committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and customer-centric solutions across international markets. With rapid expansion in Europe, we are building strong local teams to support our growing operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of service acceptance and penalty handling for platform clients
• Monitor and follow up on platform service KPIs and performance indicators
• Handle platform penalties and drive internal responsibility clarification
• Manage and resolve platform tickets and escalations
• Act as a key interface between internal teams and external platform stakeholders
• Ensure structured and efficient communication across all involved parties

Your Profile

• Experience with backend operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify or similar)
• Strong understanding of platform rules, processes, and logic
• Excellent appeal writing skills (primarily in English), with clear and structured argumentation
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken) – able to communicate directly with platform stakeholders, German is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of ownership and attention to detail
