About the Role

Responsibilities

• As E-Commerce Optimization Manager (m/f/) for Italy and France at Redcare, you are responsible for optimising and enhancing the search and recommendation features in our online shops for these markets.
• Your primary goal is to help customers easily find the products and information they need, inspire them and drive business growth.
• In our daily work we use tools such as Algolia and Econda, accompanied by a set of AI/ML based services.
• This position is planned as a part-time role with 28 hours per week . While we’re currently not offering it as a full-time position, we’re open to flexibility: if you’re interested in working slightly more or fewer hours, feel free to apply anyway – we’d be happy to discuss what working hours suit you best.
