Employment-based Immigration Specialty Law Firm seeks a full‑time attorney with proven expertise in O‑1, NIW and EB‑1 cases.

Must have a bar license (any state).

This is a Remote position and you can set your own hours. We are extremely client‑oriented and have a high volume caseload.

The position requires self‑directed research, a rigorous intellectual approach, technical savvy, and excellent technical writing skills.

Please only apply if you have 1 full year of O‑1, NIW and EB‑1 Experience.

Summary

Handle O‑1, EB‑1 and EB‑2 Cases from Intake, through the Petition Letter writing, and Submittal to USCIS.

Respond to RFEs, NOIDs and Motions.

Responsibilities

• Research Related to client O‑1, EB‑2/NIW and EB‑1 case.
• Draft Winning Petition Letters
• Collaborate with client in Implementating changes and revisions
• Prepare and package case for Submittal.
• Maintain professional contact with client and respond to legal questions.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,486.00 per year
