Adoc Talent Management is recruiting for its client an Ecosystem Manager (M/F) . Our client, a global leader in advanced semiconductor and microelectronics research, is establishing a new competence center in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, dedicated to accelerating the future of automotive through advanced chiplet technologies.

As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking an Ecosystem Manager (M/F) to lead ecosystem development and strategic partner engagement in the region.

This position represents a unique opportunity to build and animate a deep-tech innovation ecosystem at the intersection of semiconductors, automotive, and advanced R&D, bringing together startups, industrial players, and research institutions to support the development of an open chiplet ecosystem and next-generation technologies for autonomous and connected systems.

Your main responsibilities

As an Ecosystem Manager (M/F) , you will be responsible for the activities related to ecosystem building and strategic partnerships in the region, including:

  • Drive ecosystem and business development activities by translating advanced semiconductor and chiplet roadmaps into actionable collaboration strategies across sectors such as Automotive, Compute & Systems, AI & Robotics, Industry, and Consumer applications.

  • Engage with multinational corporations, deep-tech startups, and scale-ups to identify, qualify, and develop strategic collaboration opportunities.

  • Lead opportunity validation and partnership structuring , including the organization of strategic workshops to align partner needs with technological capabilities and define clear value propositions.

  • Guide partners through the full engagement lifecycle , working closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, program management, IP, legal, etc.) to ensure successful project scoping, execution, and long-term collaboration.

  • Support strategic negotiations and contribute to the closure of long-term partnership agreements , including multi-year collaborations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and ecosystem partners, fostering trust, alignment, and sustainable collaboration.

  • Represent the organization externally at industry and academic events, conferences, and innovation forums, strengthening visibility and positioning within the European deep-tech ecosystem.

  • Contribute to ecosystem growth and governance , conducting market intelligence activities, identifying new growth opportunities, and supporting the establishment of effective governance structures for multi-stakeholder collaboration.

This position is based in Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg (Germany) . Partial remote work may be possible; however, a regular on-site presence is required to support ecosystem development and stakeholder engagement.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business, ecosystem management, or a related field with strong business acumen and a passion for technology innovation is required. A PhD is not necessary for this position.
  • 5+ years of experience in building strategic partnerships, programs or ecosystem management in a high-tech or deep-tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and their applications, preferably in the automotive segment, but also in emerging domains such AI, sensing, robotics.
  • Comfortable with multi-level, multi-stakeholder partner interactions and enjoy developing and nurturing partner and ecosystem relationships.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and ecosystem building.
  • Ideally, you possess an established network that includes contacts at large tech and industrial companies across Europe and beyond.
  • A network in the automotive and/or semiconductor industry and an understanding of various market dynamics and cultures across Europe would be advantageous.
  • You have strong organizational, planning, verbal, written communication, and analytical skills. You are a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • You excel in presentations and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to travel frequently.
  • Fluent in English and German.
