Our mission at Synera is to redefine how engineers work by making automation and AI co‑workers a natural part of product development.
Lasting impact in engineering does not start in companies. It starts in universities.
As Education Program Owner , you shape how the next generation of engineers experiences automation and AI during their studies. Instead of simply managing partnerships, you will build a scalable academic ecosystem that integrates Synera into curricula, inspires students through real‑world engineering challenges, and creates long‑term market pull.
Your work ensures that future engineers enter the industry already fluent in Synera.

Together with industry partners such as OEMs, you will design and coordinate hands‑on engineering challenges connected to real product development problems, giving students practical experience while strengthening Synera’s presence in academia.
