Job Responsibilities

Ab sofort | Vollzeit | 2 bzw. 3-Schichtsystem | Meerane

• Einrichten und Rüsten von Spritzgussanlagen laut vorgegeben Fertigungsplan
• Einstellung und Dokumentation der optimalen Spritzgießparameter
• Fehlersuche an Spritzgussmaschinen und Robotern
• Optimierung des Spritzgussprozesses hinsichtlich vorgegebener Prozess- und Qualitätsparameter
• Bereitstellung der von Produktionsfreigaben Störungsbeseitigung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Instandhaltungsabteilung und diensthabenden Schichtleiter
• Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Reinigung von Maschinen und Peripherie
• Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit (EHS) sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz (5S)
• Organisation und Teilnahme an Verbesserungsworkshops (KAIZEN)

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
• Erfahrung im Bereich Kunststofffertigung sowie relevanter Werkzeugtechnik, vorzugsweise in der Automobil‑/Zuliefererindustrie
• Verlässlichkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
• Gute Team‑, Organisations‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
• Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
